We’re hiring a highly experienced OEM partner marketing manager reporting to senior director, partner marketing and will work closely with our regional OEM sales team, product marketing, product development, growth marketing, digital marketing, marketing, and OEM leadership and external OEM partners, contributing to revenue goals and strengthening global OEM partner relationships and driving market interest in Ivanti.

You will co-develop, coordinate, and implement the OEM strategy with a focus on development of a partner marketing strategy that aligns with the overarching strategic approach and objectives.

The right candidate will offer both the strategic know-how and tactical chops to build and execute the market planning and strategy.

You will work in close partnership with counterparts across the company and at our partner companies including those in growth marketing, product marketing, partner marketing, creative services, partner operations and digital marketing.

The right person will have deep experience in OEM marketing strategy and OEM partner growth and be able to hold their own, have an opinion, be held accountable and hold others accountable, able to find solutions to challenges, able to visualize the end the game and how to get there, able to work through the mechanics that are currently in place while recommending improvements as we move forward.

This position requires a self-starter, someone who is in start-up mode , has a great sense of urgency able to prioritize and adjust accordingly.

This is role must have a person who can operate in an environment that can be intense and exceptionally busy, so being able to manage multiple projects and tasks and executing at a high level and adaptability and flexibility must be in your DNA!

  • Responsibilities

  • Work with Ivanti OEM team and leadership and resources at our strategic alliance partners to develop a joint Ivanti - partner strategy and GTM business plan that includes investments in joint development, co-selling and development of differentiated industry solutions.
  • Ensuring that plans are agreed to have sales goals, opportunity and where best to invest, allowing for scale or resources and budget.
  • Ensure that the GTM plans created are reviewed and integrated with Product Marketing
  • Execute GTM plans and create, where applicable, region-specific marketing programs with OEM partners, driving revenue growth and successful outcomes for our global partners.
  • Manage multiple workstreams per strategic partner and coordinate program deliverables between OEM partner teams in sales, marketing, and comms with internal Ivanti counterparts for successful, timely outcomes.
  • Commercialize differentiated industry solutions or product extensions to leverage IP and vertical / industry expertise.
  • OEM partner engagement : Strategically plan, manage, and execute on OEM marketing programs
  • Messaging Consistency : Ensure programs provide uniform Ivanti branding and messaging, and when or if applicable, support content development between partner and product marketing to ensure that the messaging is applicable to inform customers on the OEM solutions.
  • Social Media : Push out partner specific content as part of Ivanti’s online presence.
  • Partner Portal : Ensure that your partner community is enabled with marketing tools through the continued development of the Partner Portal.
  • Working with counterparts across the marketing organization, ensure that content, campaigns, and programs are primed and ready to be delivered into the partner, customizing content as it relates to the partner..
  • Be the go-to expert for our OEM team our OEM partners, product marketing and other organizations with Ivanti.
  • Prepare marketing collateral and manage partner communications, tailored to the partner solution, regional partner community, leveraging the global comms content.
  • Deliver any and all reporting that is required for QBRs etc.
  • Experience Required

  • 10 years or more in OEM Partner Marketing either with a software publisher or hardware manufacturer or at a reseller or distribution company
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and cross-regionally.
  • Able to problem solve, provide options to solve solutions
  • Track record of successfully supporting business growth.
  • Track record of engagement with a partner community
  • Excellent project management skills - time management, planning and problem-solving Proven ability to define metrics to assess program impacts and monitor programs for impact and success.
  • Evaluate program impact based on results and recommend changes to improve program performance.
