Supporting the brand management team and the sales team, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns across a diverse portfolio of toy & franchise brands.

History of building and executing impactful and exciting digital marketing campaigns for consumer products
BA / BS or equivalent
Experience or knowledge of the toy industry would be highly regarded
Experience marketing to kids and parents is a plus
Responsibilities General Digital Marketing :
Create and take ownership of best-in-class digital marketing strategies for general consumer-facing digital marketing.
Work collaboratively with Moose’s digital agency to assist with strategy, execution, and the evaluation of campaign ROI across digital mediums / platforms.
Work collaboratively with our team of brand managers, sales team and other stakeholders to lead the charge on strategic planning and execution of digital campaigns.
Manage digital inbound marketing (adwords, etc).
Plan and execute web, SEO / SEM, PPC, display advertising campaigns and more across various platforms.
Constantly look for emerging trends and opportunities to ensure that Moose’s digital expertise is cutting edge.
Constantly analyze and share results to maximize ROI.
Identify industry trends and insights, and help optimize performance of campaigns
Brainstorm new and creative ideas and growth strategies Retail Specific Marketing : Assist in the marketing strategy and execution for major ecommerce retail, ensuring it aligns with general digital advertising efforts, including :
Collaborate with the Amazon Account Manager to maximize synergies & efficiencies
Work with the sales team to support major ecommerce platform initiatives
Manage general search initiatives
Compile and publish content for ecommerce, ensuring the content meets each retailer’s requirements and specifications
Other duties as assigned.
