RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES :

  • Territory and account planning
  • Networking into accounts
  • Building strong business relationships with senior level executives and with Supply Chain channel partners
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets by acquiring new customers and partners
  • Work closely with field marketing and channel to build pipeline
  • Close deals thru partners or on occasion directly
  • Responsible for accurately updating Salesforce.com
  • Collaborate with SCBU members to ensure alignment of sales / channel strategies, projects and programs for successful implementation and execution
  • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

    Required Skills and Experience :

  • Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify and close sales opportunities. The candidate must already have strong relationships with key customers in the patch and the proven ability to go wider & deeper, sales-wise, into these accounts.
  • Must have a proven track record of growing business and selling into Fortune 500 accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed bookings and revenue targets consistently year over year
  • Experience partnering with Value Added Resellers, Strategic Global Systems Integrators and
  • Hardware Manufacturers

  • Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills
  • Good reputation in the region
  • Ability to identify key decision makers and work at the C level.
  • Ability to work as part of a virtual team with Pre-sales, Implementation Consultants, Territory Managers, Technical Support Engineers, Technical Account Managers and Sales Support / Operations
  • Ability to follow through and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to handle various tasks and attention to detail
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Ten years’ work experience in the high technology industry focused on warehousing / logistics, retail, and AIDC
  • Experience using Salesforce.com to manage the sales cycle and forecast
  • Training in a major sales methodology such as Target Account Selling, etc
  • Centrally located candidate preferred.States like AZ, CO, and KS are preferential
  • Other :

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
