Main Purpose :
Responsible for the maintenance, reliability, availability of the electrical system, indoor mine, surface and plant instrumentation system.
Supervise, organize, direct and control the scheduled electrical maintenance work according to work procedures and safety standards.

Certified Mechanical or Electronic Engineer with Master Degree studies.
Minimum 8 years of experience leading maintenance teams works.
English : oral and written advanced intermediate.
Solid knowledge in the areas of mechanics, electrical, instrumentation and automation of industrial plant, electrical power systems and mine and automation of power substations and transmission lines.
Manage of modern concepts of reliability engineering and management of maintenance indicators.
Critical thinking with exceptional problem solving skills, ability to work independently and in team environments.
Proactive, resourceful & highly motivated with good communication skills and ability to work in high output environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for the maintenance of electric substation, transmission and distribution line, electric and instrumentation equipment in order to ensure the availability of them in mining operations.
Supervise outsourced company that performed works inside mining operations.
Carry out and participate in inspections and investigation of incidents with high-risk potential in their operational areas to ensure compliance with corrective actions.
Review and authorize high-risk work and its dangers through continuous PETAR and IPERC.
Key Relationships and Department Overview :
This position will report to Maintenance Superintendant. In the maintenance area, the optimization is a fundamental process to reach assets management performance objectives.
