Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Ensure that the whole restaurant is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Shangri-La standards.
  • Ensure a strictly adherence for the restaurant in regards to Rules & Regulations established and relevant policies on Fire, Hygiene, and Health & Safety.
  • Optimise profitability of restaurant and drive revenue.
  • Maximise and maintain the restaurant's performance.
  • Conduct monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
  • Create an exceptional experience for our guests.
  • Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Has a passion for Food & Beverage
  • Has s strong knowledge in beverages & wines
  • Enjoys interacting with people
  • Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
  • Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
  • Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
  • Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving
  • Enjoys being challenged
  • Good capability in engaging with restaurant guests
  • A self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenues
  • Solution-driven and able to work in a fast paced environment
