We are looking for an all-hands Operations Analyst to help us across all our operations, starting with building the bases of our operational processes, including mapping key risks, designing controls and identifying efficiencies for continuous improvement while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

This position will report directly to the COO of RappiPay Peru and will be responsible for managing key stakeholder relationships across areas to help deliver the best customer experience possible while maintaining efficiency, reliability and compliance with all regulation and trust standards.

What you are going to do :

  • Advocate for putting our customers (users, Rappitenderos / couriers, and commercial partners) first in everything we do at RappiPay
  • Map workflows to design processes and implement controls, looking to maximize efficiency while maintaining a pristine control environment
  • Track the evolution of KPIs and SLAs with suppliers
  • Gather and analyze data and information related to operations, to identify efficiencies and opportunities for improvement within designed processes
  • Communicate and engage
  • Work with the COO in key strategic projects, within Operations and also in relation to other areas
  • Work to continuously improve the RappiPay experience for our users by using a data-driven approach for issue identification and root cause analysis, and collaborate with the relevant business leaders to launch improvement rollouts
  • You must have :

  • Minimum 4 years of work experience Ideal academic degree on Business, Economics or Engineering
  • Experience in designing and implementing operations processes and controls and always striving for operational excellence
  • Experience in leading projects within organizations
  • Experience in risk management
  • Experience working with large data sets
  • Strong analytical skills
