As a Product Manager Micron Technology, Inc. in the Compute and Networking Business Unit (CNBU), you will be charged with driving execution of the products in high bandwidth memory (HBM) portfolio that will position Micron for success in growing the Artificial Intelligence (AI) , Machine Learning (ML) and High-Performance Computing (HPC) business segments .

You will be working on lead ing -edge technolog ies to enable next-generation high bandwidth memory (HBM) product s and drive customer -focused innovation.

You will lead a cross-functional team of key representatives from multiple engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the execution of product is aligned to spec within a specific timeline and budget .

You will assist the team in defining the strategy and vision of the product portfolio and drive the execution focused Stage Gates when necessary.

Ideal candidates are ambitious leaders with a strong engineering background and analytical skills who own all aspects of the execution and possess excellent communication skills to drive the cross functional team towards the business goals .

Products managers in this role will be self-starters with a can-do attitude who can apply their critical thinking ability to drive the best possible outcome.

Your Responsibilities include, but not limited to :

You will be responsible for driving product execution meetings that report the status , highlight key risks to achieve the business objectives

You will represent the Product Management team in all Product Development Team meetings ensuring that product specs and business needs are appropriately represented

You will work closely with the technical teams to ensure that the product spec trade-off discussions are translated to business impact

You will build product launch dashboard and maintain it with the latest status by driving a business process to ensure that it has the latest information

You will help build the Stage Gate material for the products and present the Stage Gate 3 and Stage Gate 4 as needed for the high - performance memory products

Maintain an excellent understanding of customer needs (both technical and business) , market requirements, and technology trends to enable the development of the product portfolio

Supports competitive analysis activities for High Perf Memory including maintenance of various figures of merits

Supports the Product Manager Lead as needed by embracing and handling tasks or responsibilities thrown their way while furthering their knowledge and facilitating key aspects of product management

Helps build internal technical and quality collateral documents by working with engineering and QA for marketing teams to engage more closely with the customer

Development and continued optimization of the business case for each product in your portfolio, including unit cost, capex, revenue, R&D, opportunity cost and return on investment analysis

Directly and indirectly work with customers to discuss priorities, sample schedules, high volume Mfg. schedules a nd other requirements

Participate in the product management community by contributing to corporate process improvement and act as secondary / back-up product manager for assigned products

Minimum requirements :

4 years of product development or engineering with significant experience in both technical and business topics in a semiconductor or a computing systems company

Highly motivated person with strong communication and presentation abilities

Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple sites

Demonstrated business insight and the ability to complete complex technical projects

Familiarity with DRAM products and the latest trends in DRAM technology is a plus

Ability to travel both domestically and internationally

MBA or master's degree in engineering (Preferred)
