Qualifications

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Accounting : 5 years (Preferred)

Corporate finance : 5 years (Preferred)

Auditing : 5 years (Preferred)

Job Descriptions :

Manage senior level projects related to finance, budgeting, account management, benefits and grant administration

Oversee all corporate division purchasing functions including strategic planning, project deployment and auditing

Develop and oversee strategic planning, policies and procedures formulation, performance monitoring, cash flow management and projections, regulatory compliance, business transformation and change management

Conduct deep dive analysis on the financial data of all business units and subsidiaries in generating decisive insights and recommendations

Lead corporate finance activities including feasibility studies, proposals and working papers development as well as corporate exercise evaluation - Review and advise on business operations regarding revenue and expenditure trends and financial commitments or any treasury matters

Review and interpret financial results with other divisions, analyse variances and advise on financial implications of business decisions

Review all group, subsidiaries and related companies accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency and monitor the compliance of accounting policies and internal controls

Responsible for the monthly / quarterly / yearly group consolidated financial statements in compliance with all relevant statutory requirements

Manage daily cash flow requirement of the companies and to ensure fund is available to meet daily payment, disbursement & etc.

Prepare cash flow reports, analyse and highlight areas of concerns recommend improvements

Drives effective annual budgetary / business plan and periodic forecast process for company.

Review, update, revamp and implement accounting & finance policies and procedures

Implement financial controls and business process improvement including implementation process automation

Keep abreast on the changes on accounting standard from time to time and analyse the impact on financial reporting and operational

Qualifications & Requirements :

Degree / Master Degree in Accounting / Banking / Finance

MIA membership

More than 5 years working experience in accounting, auditing and taxation in commercial lines / professional firm and

More than 5 years working experience in investment, corporate finance, trade finance, credit, factoring, etc.

Well versed in Accounting Standard e.g., MFRS, MPERS

Familiar with Accounting System e.g., MYOB, UBS etc.

Personality - matured, firm, attentive to details, integrity
