About the UX Designer position
We are seeking a UX Designer to join our UX / UI Team. A successful candidate should be an analytical and creative person.
We expect you to be able to discuss and defend your ideas.
We encourage you to attach your portfolio of UX and other projects.
UX Designer responsibilities are :
Scope, plan, and lead UX activities from initial requirements to
concept, interaction design and development - setting the direction,
and identifying and solving problems.
Interview users and conduct research to identify, document and synthesize findings of the behavior, needs and problems.
Analyze user needs through participatory design, primary research methods and develop insight-driven products.
Produce storyboards, scenarios and user flows.
Wireframe and prototype innovative digital solutions (high and low fidelity) based on the needs of users, through an iterative process.
Perform user tests to validate the proposals and synthesize findings.
Discuss design ideas and prototypes with developers and support in the
continuous improvement of the solution experience during the development process.
Collaborate with UI designers to implement attractive designs.
Run co-creation sessions and facilitate workshops with clients and design teams.
Stay informed about competitor products and industry trend
UX Designer requirements are :
Have at least 6 months of experience in UX projects.
Ability to work with visual designers to collaboratively design the general customer experience.
Experience working with agile methodologies.
Experience working in multiple sectors across a variety of projects, spanning different channels and platforms.
Experience working in technical teams and an agile product development environment.

UX Designer should have the following knowledge :
User experience design methodologies for understanding and identifying the needs of users.
Paper prototyping and experience using wireframing / prototyping tools : Sketch, Adobe XD, Zeplin, Marvel, Invision.
Understanding of best practices in interactive design and user interface.
