About the role

We are looking for a well - organized and passionate PMO Analyst for our Program team in Lima. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide support to the CX Program Team by being the administrator of all area' projects, those that will have an impact on CX’s KPIs and our users' experience.

As a PMO Analyst, you will be accountable for having all the area’ projects well organized and with the appropriate resources.

Also, you will need to align with the program specialists and all support teams inside CX, for dimensioning efforts and continually track if the benefits that were mapped at the beginning of the project are still being delivered.

Owning your domain is a must for this position as you will need to present the best proposal on how and when the projects should start and be implemented.

The ideal candidate for this role should also have strong analytical and coordinating skills as our processes are complex and diverse.

Your challenge will be to collaborate to make the project deployment in the most smooth way possible and in the initial estimated timeline.

What you’ll do day in day out :

  • Collect program and operational data, provide analysis and insight into predictability of operational measures and customer pain points.
  • Create, distribute and promote the use of data and reports to ensure greater visibility and transparency of metrics, KPIs, and OKRs as well as to propose what initiatives and projects should be prioritized based on data.
  • Collaborate to maintain a healthy scorecard and project roadmap reporting; utilize analyzed data to create better roadmap predictability and operational metrics to help the CX organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement of KPIs and analyze possible processes for automating and / or simplifying self-service support.
  • Maintain and improve processes to ensure the CX organization presents accurate information to all Beat stakeholders.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs; contribute to the team’s efforts to create and maintain training, project, KBs, and operations documentation updated.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan and have the correct tracking and monitoring of ongoing projects’ area in order to accomplish deadlines.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • What you need to have :

  • BSc in Business Management, Industrial Engineering or similar
  • At least two years of experience in project management with the use of agile methodologies
  • Numerical ability to measure the benefit of your proposals
  • Agile methodologies knowledge (Is a must)
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google applications
  • Willingness for continuous learning and development
  • Team player with a great attitude and passionate about technology
  • Excellent communication in both English and Spanish
