The Program Office Lead has overall responsibility for leading the governance and management of a program aimed at ensuring successful completion of all program deliverables in terms of timeline, scope, budget and quality.

This role builds credible relationships and maintains communication with stakeholders at various levels, both internal and external.

  • Management and control of customer Program office
  • Establishing program methodologies across various streams
  • Program planning, tracking and risk management
  • Providing early notifications, raising flags when necessary and on time, and reaching agreements on mitigations

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in program office management or program management
  • Experience gained in 2-3 transformation programs
  • Mastery of PMO Knowledge
  • Software Development / Business Analyst / SI experience (an advantage
  • Advanced English
