The opportunity

This is an opportunity to be part of a Nationwide Government to Government programme of works in Peru. On the back of successful delivery of the Lima Games, Mace are positioned well to support the Peruvian government in this major national reconstruction.

These projects will provide lasting protection against the impacts of climate change, essential health and education infrastructure and long-term employment opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Establishing programme controls reporting requirements and formats for the programme and projects delivered.
  • Developing the forms and tools for collecting project and programme status information.
  • Coordinating with the production and distribution of key monthly reports.
  • Establishing and maintaining the weekly and monthly reporting calendar.
  • Managing the assembly of the steering committee presentation.
  • Attending monthly governance progress review meetings.
  • Educating staff and the supply chain on the reporting requirements as and when required.
  • Defining and establishing requirements and design of programme reports.
  • Managing the input and production of key monthly / quarterly reports.
  • Outlining the executive summary of the programme monthly report.
  • Attending project review meetings where appropriate and challenges project status.
  • Coordinating with the project teams to monitor project level reporting.
  • Notifying staff of reporting requirements and timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Managing the staff of technical editors and database specialists to ensures quality and efficiency of programme controls reporting.
  • About you

    You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.

    Spanish language skills are a significant advantage and a willingness to learn is expected.
