The Role

  • Support the Sales & Client Management implementation project and milestones.
  • Review performance metrics and engages business with process training and sales instruction materials.
  • Help VP of Client Management with sales process / operations items, such as CRM usage, NPS surveys, business results and other MI metrics, Joint Planning, etc.
  • Expert on sales tools, process and technology : CRM, Core analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Avention etc.
  • Drive the Sales & Client research and analytics activities for sales & marketing initiatives.
  • Transform raw data into insights and aggregates pipeline and leads for Client Management teams
  • Execute market, industry and line of business research, supporting planning and market evaluation
  • Expert on market intelligence tools : Competitive Analysis, SWOT, Qualitative and Quantitative Data Sourcing, Win-Loss, BCG Matrix, etc.
  • Prepare Data for Sales Development Lead Generation team.
  • Execute on identified pipeline leads from Market Intelligence, Line of Business and Geography
  • Executing first contact with leads to arrange qualified meetings for the Business Development Executives
  • The Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related.
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in commercial or planning positions.
  • Minimum of 2 years managing a portfolio of corporate clients or medium-sized companies.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced English.
