Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, the Vice President of Operations is responsible for driving the partnership between sales and operations while providing strategic leadership, innovation and vision for the Company’s DC operations team (Home Delivery, Warehousing, and Inventory) across multiple geographic sites.
This position requires the individual to develop future-oriented strategies and continuous improvement, including costs optimization, process optimization, and standardization while working hand-in-hand with sales & customer service.

The VP Operations will have gained a reputation as a dedicated and disciplined leader who consistently over-delivers on business goals and targets.
A Professional designation (PLog, CITT, Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Six Sigma Green Belt and / or Black Belt certifications) is considered an asset.
