Company : Description : Communications Leader Change Management Leadership Team Location : NYC or Hoboken or Remote USA or Canada Marsh & McLennan seeks a Communications Leader who will be part of the Technology Change Management Leadership team.

You will partner with the Change Realization, Senior Business and Financial Analyst as well as the Training Leader in the development of the change strategy and plan.

The focus is on the development of the communications strategy, as well as the development and delivery of communications in support of the change.

  • provide communication recommendations to address the change and the change impact Manage communications resources that are part of the team and / or part of the change effort Create stakeholder analysis, assess the readiness of change and communication needs Partner with the businesses / functions to identify change champions / agents to drive adoption of process, technology and policies Define, develop and drive the communication strategy and plan and coordinate with the various groups in meeting communication deliverables as appropriate Collaborate within the Change Leadership team to understand baseline and expected business goals and areas of change risks Collaborate with senior stakeholders to establish a comprehensive communication strategy and execution plan Defines KPIs to measure effectiveness of communication Manage communication development, delivery and executive updates Measure effectiveness of communications Partner closely with project teams and executives within businesses and functions to execute on the change communication deliverables Provide regular status report of communication activities to the program management team and recommend any additional actions that are required for a success of the project / program Partner with the business to identifies change risk and appropriate mitigation actions Work with the business and functions to determine where KPIs should be applied as part of the business as usual process’ and make recommendations on areas that need communication support What You Need To Have Bachelor’s Degree in a related area Worked in a large, complex multinational company Senior leader with experience and successful record of accomplishment in owning and managing communications in large organizational change / transformation programs Skilled and effective leader, comfortable leading global teams with team members belonging to different parts of an organization Excellent communicator and expert in developing and executing on communication strategy, plan and deliverables Possess creative and strategic capabilities with strong communications skills Have a keen sense of change impact and ability to drive an effective communication plan Growth mind set, inspiring optimism and strong focus on outcomes Ability to be agile and course correct when and as needed What Makes You Stand Out Experience developing and executing a communications strategy for a technology transformation in large multinational environment Marsh & McLennan Companies is a global professional services firm providing advice and solutions in the areas of risk, strategy and human capital.
