The opportunity We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking commercial lead to join our established and growing team in Peru.
Your responsibilities will include :
Supporting the delivery of the commercial sector business plan.
Recruiting, motivating and developing quality people to support commercial sector growth.
Engaging with local regional clients and explore opportunities to extend the offer service offer.
Ensuring the capacity and capability of the resource made available to clients.
Identifying the training requirements for the team.
Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with senior client representatives.
Supporting the marketing / BD strategy for commercial sector.
Maintaining effective client relationship / account management.
Establishing appropriate strategies for delivering relevant projects and programmes and communicate / discuss these with the sector leads.
Developing realistic resource plans and budgets for project work.
Providing a monthly highlight report on projects, resources and key issues to the senior leadership team.
Developing a regional CRM plan and providing monthly updates.
Ensuring all regional projects and programmes follow a quality assurance review through Mace Engage.
Working with other regional leads to develop opportunities / bids and share resourcing as required.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background within health sector projects.
You have experience with NEC contracts, development of contracts, budgeting, cost planning, and cost analysis, including earned value and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
