Gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement (>
3 months) and learn by doing tasks as directed to support ABB operations and enhance personal education / employment opportunities.
Tasks : 1. On-the-job
Supports the implementation, delivery and continuous improvement of products and services within defined area, as directed.
Learns to accomplish relevant tasks through practical experience, to support course of academic study and / or enhance personal employment opportunities.
Support HRBPs on the development plan to maximize personnel contribution and control progress on the actions plans.
Supports HR in the hiring / onboarding process and induction to ABB organization.
Create P.O Purchase orders, as needed it.
Execute (and adapts if necessary) center of expertise initiatives & communicate with clear to the organization.
Control and present Budget constraints and risks to HR manager
Collect & Analyze HR data guided by HR manager so recommendations can be consider for top management.
Act as service support HR person, when needed it. Canalizing issues or problems to the current service function / structure (CoE, GBS &HRB).
Provide support by creating professional presentations on PPT.
Provide tech. assistance, training and new development in new HR Tools.
We are looking for a candidate who is a student of last semesters or graduated of Administration or Industrial / commercial engineering.
This position will be based in our office in Lima, Peru.
It also desirable that you have the following knowledge and skills :
Advanced MS Office User (Excel)
SAP user (desirable)
Intermediate / advanced English Level
Interested to develop in HR area as a professional
Passion per learning and development.
