Main objective : Own the relationship with strategic partners in the Supermarket category, developing joint business plans to enhance each partners sales and market share, and track each partner's operation with Rappi's internal teams, to assure an impeccable operation and user experience.
Own the relationship with strategic partners and be the single point of contact for key partners, building and maintaining relationships with them and developing an extensive understanding of their business challenges
Create joint business plans with key partners to grow their online store in Rappi by building and executing the commercial calendar with partners and Rappi internal teams such as Revenue, Growth, Brand, Operations and Partnerships.
Drive excellence in service levels working with partners and Rappi Operational team. This includes reviewing business performance, sharing the results to partners, and creating gap closing initiatives
Identify new opportunities to generate revenue for partners and Rappi. Help partners to expand their users base by designing initiatives, defining budgets and executing with support of the Rappi Growth team
Conversions funnel monitoring and continuous improvement, identifying issues and coming up with quick solutions.
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing sales field
Commercial mindset and passion for Rappi's strategy and competitive position.
Ability to define, develop and lead large programs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Self starter. Proactively identify and navigate through ambiguity with little or no guidance.
Proven track record in establishing strong client relationships at a senior level, across a diverse client base. Great communication skills.
Deep desire to work in a startup environment, helping the company grow.
Strong analitic capacity.
Ability to speak English and Spanish fluently.
Ability to develop senior level presentations.
