JOB PROFILE :
Iron Mountain is seeking a Recruitment Analyst or Assistant to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team. The Recruitment Assistant is an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team and provides operational support and partnership throughout the recruitment process.
You will be responsible for a positive candidate and hiring manager experience and closely interact with hiring managers, recruiters, HR, and candidates to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Coordinate and schedule interviews ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved
Support and partner with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Accountable for tracking completion of pre-employment for candidates and support onboarding processes for new hires
Assist in sourcing, initial screening of applicants and recruitment activities when needed
Support with miscellaneous projects related to recruitment, employment branding and cross functional initiatives
Triage inquiries and connect employees to the right subject matter expert when necessary
General administrative work as needed
Key Skills and Competencies :
Bachelor’s Degree preferred and at least one year of related experience to include internships, ideally in Human Resources or Recruitment
Ability to self-prioritize and manage time in a face-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment
Ability to ensure the accuracy of highly detailed and confidential information
Customer focused and proactive with excellent follow-up and a sense of urgency
Effective Communication skills, both verbally and written
Exceptional organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google email and calendars
Positive attitude, able to easily build relationships across multiple functions and business units
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
1+ year of recruiting or human resources experience.
Excellent organizational skills and customer service skills / orientation.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to build rapport, actively listen and ask pertinent questions.
Proficiency with G Suite for Business
Experience with HRIS / HRMS and / or ATS systems, preferably Workday.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Interest in learning about the recruitment function.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field preferred.
Language fluency in English and Spanish
