The responsibilities of the Sales Planning &Development; Head is to work closely with the sales organization to ensure the strongsales execution of the Sales Roadmap and all sales KPIs.
The individual will enableand optimize sales team execution through development and execution of salesprocesses, training & development programs, sales analysis, pricing review,reward & recognition programs and go-to-market strategies for new productsand segments.
Collaborative engagement with Client Relations, ProductManagement, Data & Analytics, IT and Marketing will be essential to achievesuccess.
The overall goal for this role is to work closely with the sales teamin achieving the sales goals through effective planning, development andexecution of the sales plans and theoptimization of sales resources to positively impact sales team productivity,efficiency, effectiveness and results.
Responsibilities : Responsible to work closely with SGM Key Accounts Management to develop Sales Roadmap (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Action Plans & Measures).
Collaborate effectively with the SGM, GMs and sales team to ensure achievement of Sales KPIs. Improve and Optimize all sales process leveraging on the Sales CRM to drive sales conversion Collaborate with Marketing team and lead new marketing programs or initiatives to grow the pipeline of opportunities for new clients as well as customer growth Develop sales tools that support effective sales selling efforts.
Analyze sales team results and performance to goals. Report on trends (pipeline growth, win ratio, renewal rates etc) and identify opportunities for optimizing results.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and segments Act as central coordinator for cross-departmental execution of sales-related initiatives Responsible for Training & Development for the Sales Organization.
Requirements : Minimum 3 years in a Sales Operations, SalesPlanning or Sales Development leadership role. Minimum 5 years Sales leadership experience.
Demonstrated strong leadership abilities. Effective in communicating and working withpeople. Strong abilities in improving and optimizingsales processes and sales CRM.
