As the Director of Product for this group, you will own the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap of the Shop Pay platform.
These are the early days for Shop Pay, so the team is small but primed for major growth. You'll take on a player / coach role to lead both people and projects.
You are someone that’s equally well versed in leading product teams at scale, as you are in developing and executing on commercial strategies.
Shop Pay is heavily reliant on trusting partnerships with other internal teams, 3rd parties, and our community. You should have experience navigating conflicting priorities and building trust with various types of stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys defining and building new businesses by getting deeply involved in strategy, as well as tactics and execution.
