Sales Enablement Manager
We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to design and develop enablement programs and content for sales, and sale management and the ability to deliver the programs and content in a compelling and credible way that ensure sales adoption / execution.
The goal is to ensure field preparedness in knowledge and skills to drive accelerated ramp to productivity and ongoing sales productivity and customer success.
Responsibilities include :
The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for leading and managing programs that ensure our sellers possess the skills and knowledge needed to effectively meet strategic objectives.
The Sales Enablement Manager will align people, processes and priorities to increase sales results and productivity by providing integrated content, training and coaching services for salespeople, front-line sales managers and customer success managers along the entire customer's buying and product use journey.
Leads the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content / sales messaging, processes, practices, and tools to support customer facing roles.
Supports product launches by preparing and enabling the customer facing roles to understand and sell our solutions.
Responsible for aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for sales, including consulting on training content, scheduling and coordination, deployment of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led sales training.
Supports the buying and selling processes at all stages, from lead generation through win / loss and onboarding / renewal.
Supports frontline sales managers and sales leadership team in executing effective management disciplines and establishing a sales coaching program.
Manages various sales enablement projects and coordinates sales enablement activities.
Demonstrated executive presence to engage with senior sales leadership in the assessment of capability and process gaps hindering sales productivity and the credibility to communicate the solutions required to all levels of the sales organization.
Extensive knowledge of sales training best practices ( training delivery, process implementation, and adoption evaluation).
Extensive knowledge of modern sales methodologies such as Value Selling, Outcome Based Selling, MEDDPICC etc., sales process, and buyer's journey alignment.
Direct experience implementing a sales method training program to a global B2B sales force.Certified in a major sales training method.
Extensive knowledge of sales management best practices, including pipeline management and developmental sales coaching.
General knowledge of effective hiring and selection practices for sales roles.
Expert ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
Expert ability to plan and facilitate meetings.
Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
Strong internal negotiating skills within a context of political sensitivity and conflicting interests.
Highly-developed training, presentation and written communication skills.
Expert ability to consult or provide guidance on complex matters to non-specialists; ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
Expert ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment
