The Administrative Coordinator for IT performs a variety of enterprise-wide IT administrative tasks, including creating IT Purchase Requisitions, maintaining accurate information on IT assets and IT contracts, manage recurring schedules such as periodic audit control schedules and ensure scheduled activities are performed on time.

Furthermore, the Administrative Coordinator for IT will frequently interface with Power Integrations’ CIO for various activities related to IT budget tracking and other enterprise-wide administrative tasks.

The position requires proficiency with Microsoft Excel and advanced Excel capabilities, such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, creating reports and charts using Excel.

Experience in transacting in an ERP system, preferably Oracle E-Business Suite, is required. This role requires someone who is very organized and structured, efficient, very reliable and detail-oriented, someone who strives in administrative activities.

Having worked in Finance, especially FP&A is a plus.

Responsibilities and duties :

Performs a variety of administrative tasks, including create purchase requisitions, maintain an accurate IT asset inventory, maintain IT contracts and their renewals

Performs month-end tasks such as determining IT accruals of services received but not yet invoiced.

Manages scheduled activities and ensure scheduled activities are performed on time, including the performance of periodic audit controls.

Works with Power Integrations’ Finance team on defined activities.

Works with the CIO on various activities related to IT budget tracking and other enterprise-wide administrative tasks.

Creates reasonably complex Excel tracking sheets, reports and charts.

Works on a variety of recurring IT administrative activities

Requirements :

3+ years in an administrative role

Proficiency with Excel and advanced Excel features

Experience transacting in an ERP system, preferably Oracle E-Business Suite

Must be very organized, structured, detail-oriented

Enjoys and strives in organizing and maintaining information, schedules, and performing recurring activities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.

Self-motivated, a strong work ethic and a passion for administrative activities.

Having worked in Finance, especially FP&A is a plus.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
