Duties and Responsibilities Manages the recruitment process for exempt and nonexempt employees and interns using the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
Work with hiring managers to determine quality candidates, and assist with all phases of the recruiting process. Posting positions on a variety of job boards, web sites and other locations, with a focus on targeting candidates based on individual positions.
Manages and conducts Recruitment activities for the company, including Open Calls, etc. Coordinate interviews and assist interview panels with training, interviews and candidate reviews.
Responsible for being the point of contact for all candidates, including during the offer and onboarding process. Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience that equates to a bachelor’s degree.
Experience recruiting in the Hospitality or Restaurant industry preferred. At least three (3) years of related experience.
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition to include sourcing and recruitment strategies. Practical experience and knowledge of compliance with policies & procedures, federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
