We are currently seeking a Director of Product Marketing to build and lead the internal product marketing team for our Core Product area, which encompasses JLLs entire $18B business.
In this role, you youll be a player / coach, responsible for developing the Core product marketing strategy and capabilities for our team, as well as working directly with the product and technology advisory teams to execute on delivery of product marketing materials, campaigns, and product feedback across all products used by our global JLL business to win new business and deliver services to our clients.
Ideally we would like this role to be based in Chicago, London, or San Francisco, however will be flexible on location. About JLL Technologies JLL Technologies is a specialized group within JLL.

What this job involves As a Director of Product Marketing at JLL Technologies, you will be directly responsible for Leading a team of marketers focused on creating a compelling story for our internal Core product portfolio with a passion to engage across internal audiences to creatively tailor messages.
Working closely with Product Leads, Technology Advisors, Marketing, and JLLT Go-To-Market teams to create, promote and maintain product marketing materials and campaigns focused on internal business teams and sellers.
Defining what product marketing means for our JLLT Core products and shape the marking program for impact and scale. Managing a team of Product Marketing Associates to set goals, help prioritize and remove blockers in order to empower them to do their best work & effectively leads product / feature communications.
Developing a framework and processes for obtaining, measuring, consolidating and presenting feedback to Product. Creating value propositions, messaging frameworks and materials to communicate benefits and features of products to customers.
Building relationships with Product and Product Ops to align on product roadmaps, communications, and change management.
Defining and managing target user audiences, create product marketing campaigns and measures outcomes. Effectively coach and develop the strengths plus improvement opportunities for everyone on team.

You have experience working in global organizations with geographically dispersed teams with broad product portfolios working across internal and external customers.

Required Education and Experience A Bachelors degree from an accredited institution is REQUIRED (5 ) years of relevant / professional experience related REQUIRED
