  • The Senior Account Manager will have the responsibility to expand business by identifying and researching business opportunities, prospecting for new clients, and building and maintaining relationships with equipment vendors.

    Description :

  • Set and deliver on sales targets
  • Source business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Leverage existing equipment finance industry relationships to develop new business opportunities in the Ontario region.
  • Sell finance services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommend solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities;
  • recommending profit and service improvements.

  • Remain current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and networking events; reviewing professional publications;
  • establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies / associations.

    Skills / Qualifications :

  • Passion for sales success and 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Solid sales skills including planning, setting targets, prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proven track record building and maintaining business relationships with exceptional customer service focus and problem resolution.
  • Self-motivated with long-term vision
