The Senior Account Manager will have the responsibility to expand business by identifying and researching business opportunities, prospecting for new clients, and building and maintaining relationships with equipment vendors.
Set and deliver on sales targets
Source business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Leverage existing equipment finance industry relationships to develop new business opportunities in the Ontario region.
Sell finance services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommend solutions.
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities;
recommending profit and service improvements.
Remain current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and networking events; reviewing professional publications;
establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies / associations.
Skills / Qualifications :
Passion for sales success and 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
Solid sales skills including planning, setting targets, prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Proven track record building and maintaining business relationships with exceptional customer service focus and problem resolution.
Self-motivated with long-term vision
