JOB DESCRIPTION

To lead, ideate & working with other members of the Graphic Designer team to evaluate the brand needs, develop project strategies and create visual elements for all campaign across all platforms (Social Media, Retail & ECommerce)

To design and evaluate all branding & marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, bunting, banners, posters, invitation cards, advertisement & etc.

Conducting research to better understand brand objectives, target markets and industry trends.

Mentoring and supervising creative team members.

Ensuring that all aspects of the campaign align with the brand direction.

Troubleshooting teams design or solve problem as they arise.

Develop and produce accurate and high quality, creative, innovative work and at the same time to meet the allocated cost, time and company needs.

Liaise with external vendors to ensure quality printing materials and deadlines meet requirements.

Work closely with the branding team to design and develop content for all platforms.

Undertake any other Ad-hoc task as and when assign by management

To conceptualize and lead the team to independently produce visuals / artwork

Capable as a team leader to manage, guide and motivate the team.

Undertake design & marketing materials, such as digital, social media, events posters, websites, online platform and etc

Good time management, ability to work under pressure and priorities multiple projects with careful attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

Having a bachelor degree in Art / Design / Creative Graphic Design or Multimedia Design

Able to communicate, read and write in Mandarin is a must

At least having 3+ working experience in the related field is required for this position

Having willingness to work to tight deadlines in fast pace environments without compromising on work quality.

Required skills : Adobe software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effect CC version or above).

Experienced in video editing & motion graphics is a bonus.

Education :

University - Bachelor's Degree / 3-4 Year Degree
