Job Responsibilities
Verify and confirm thequotation validation.
Ensure the quoted material orlabor conform the requirement.
Fulfill the vendor selectioncriteria to achieve the most cost effective material, required lead time,quantity price as per customer forecast or requested quantity, best term, bestminimum order quantity and fulfills the customer basic requirement.
E nsure the purchase price isthe current market price and within the budgeted cost.
Achieve the targeted costsaving amount sets by the management.
Negotiate the contract priceand rebate scheme if any.
T urn Purchase Requisition intoPurchase Order and follow up on the approval status.
Annual leaves, exam leaves, medical insurance, bonus, incentive, etc.
