Job Summary
The incumbent will manage the office and business activities for the region of Malaysia and report to the Regional Sales Director.
He / she will be in-charge of setting country-specific tactics and is responsible and accountable for meeting sales targets.
He / she will need to be able to develop strategies for maximum profitability based on current and potential customer, build key customer relationships, identify opportunities to expand into new markets and solutions and ensure that daily branch operations run smoothly and efficiently in-line with company policies and strategies.
Duties & Responsibilities
Pro-actively coordinate country-specific strategy, forecast and report to management on product, pricing and market trends
Accountable for operating plan and market and portfolio analysis
Effectively develop and implement competitive sales and market strategies to expand the company’s product offering to customers in the region
Responsible for overall management of the Malaysia office, staff and market
Responsible for sales of the company’s products and solutions and organisation, administration and implementation of company’s sales objectives in Malaysia
Develop strategies for maximum profitability based on current and potential customer
Build customer relationships and identify opportunities to expand into new markets and solutions
Attend sales calls with relevant sales support personnel to provide customers with comprehensive information
Pro-actively drive pre and post sales discussions and project implementation to ensure smooth follow through
Actively send Purchase Orders and Invoices and ensure customer payments made on time
Proactively reach out to customers for renewal of contracts in a timely manner to ensure continuation of business
Job Specifications
Experience : Min 5 years in a Sales Management position
Personal qualities : Versatile, customer-focused, divergent thinking, independent, driven, team-player, business-orientated

Salary : RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
