To sources for material and quotation from the new or existing suppliers for approved requirement from the end users.

Collect and compare request for quotation (RFQ) and select the best source consistent with cost, payment terms, delivery schedule and quality requirements.

To select suitable supplier from the approved supplier list for the supply of goods and services and to review such selection from time to time.

To ensure custom duties and sales tax exemption are applied for materials that are dutiable and taxable prior to the purchase

To ensure Poison Licenses are applied for poison material that are to import and store at company.

To ensure and monitors supplier’s performance on product quality and on time delivery performance.

To ensure smooth flow of raw materials supply to the production operation.

To ensure the smooth administration of all related documents pertaining to purchase to reduce purchase lead time.

To ensure monthly census of rubber consumers submit to Statistic Department

To liaise with statutory bodies and authorities to ensure all the purchase transaction are comply with the regulatory and requirements.
