    Key Duties :

    Technical pre-sale’s role responsible for supporting the sales function in a client-facing role by understanding customer objectives and translating them into solutions comprising Infovista’s proven, award winning products & solutions

    Prepare and assist sales managers in customer meetings with technical expertise, presentations, product demos and trials

    Answer technical parts of customer RFQs and RFPs

    Understand business value and build ROI analysis as appropriate.

    Recommend and tailor technical argumentation and technical pre-sales activities to advance sales opportunities

    Prepare unique configurations and solution descriptions for products / solutions in sales quotes to customers

    Where required plan, prepare and validate new configurations and solutions for or with customer

    Improve the flow of information from the market to the product development units, liaise with staff from marketing and R&D.

    Participate in workshops with product specialist and act as a technical expert regarding questions about future technical requirements on the product from the market.

    Assist in definition, management and delivery of Network Planning, Optimization and Testing services

    Organize and conduct product trials together with customers on site

    Lead technical customer workshops; Conduct customer product training and workshops on request

    On needed basis conduct Post- sales activities potentially including on and off-site implementation, training and mentoring

    Support sales team in general in matters concerning products and their technical capabilities

    Feedback technical market requirements to product management

    Report progress within the assigned areas

    Qualifications :

    10+ years’ experience in mobile telecommunications, with a minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in RF network planning

    Solid background from RF engineering and Radio network planning (Propagation Model Tuning, Coverage simulations, PCI Planning, Antenna configuration etc.)

    Familiar with the operation of radio planning tools like Atoll, Asset and Planet

    Proven experience with end to end network planning project (project creation, nominal planning, link budget calculation, capacity planning etc.)

    Experience with Planet is a plus

    Excellent knowledge in mobile communication standards & radio access technology (LTE, WCDMA, GSM, CDMA) 5G a plus

    Good network within the telecom community

    Good knowledge about competitor offerings and their unique technical features

    Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills

    Very good reporting and problem-solving skills

    Perseverance in achieving the team's goals; Result oriented; attention to detail

    Ability to travel regularly throughout the region to provide on-site technical support and training

    Prior experience in a similar role and a correspondingly strong professional network among Mobile Network Operators in region
