The Role You'd Play :
DaVita is dynamic, growing and entrepreneurial. We are seeking an ambitious, experienced leader to guide the regional operations for our Greater Chicago hospital division.
As a Regional Operations Director (ROD) you will drive all aspects of the business : culture, team development, clinical outcomes, P&L; management, and growth.
This position is a key member of DaVita’s field management team and works closely with the Divisional Vice President to develop strategies in alignment with DaVita’s mission and values.
Some specific examples include :
Create a team powerhouse. You'll have approximately 8 direct reports across Chicagoland.
