Stafffinders are recruiting for Experienced Temporary PVG Kitchen Assistants for various Care Homes, Schools and Nurseries in the Glasgow and surrounding areas.
What is expected of a PVG Kitchen Assistant;
Assisting in preparation and handling of food, as well as interacting with customers.
Cleanliness and knowledge of Health & Safety is essential.
Ensuring stock rotation is maintained and working alongside the Head Chefs instructions.
What you, as an ideal candidate, will have;
An up-to-date PVG Certificate, either eligible to work with Adults, Children or both.
A recent Food Hygiene Certificate, as food handling & preparation will be involved.
Experience working in a vulnerable environment, adhering to rules & regulations.
At least 1 year experience as a PVG Kitchen Assistant in a busy environment.
Various start times and locations are available, therefore, it would be beneficial for your own transport.
