We are growing fast - this is an extremely exciting moment for SOCAR.What will you be engaged in?As our new Manager, People & Engagement, you will have the opportunity to manage the people & engagement related matters ranging from compensation & benefits, employment and dependent passes, industrial relations, learning & development, employee engagement as well as employee retention in all entities under SOCAR Mobility Malaysia Sdn.

Bhd.Strategic Planning, Compensation and PayrollOversee and improve on compensation structures, medical insurance plans, employee benefits, and perksOversee monthly payroll for all entities under SOCAR Mobility Malaysia Sdn.

Bhd. including but not limited to Trevo MY and Trevo ID by making sure everything is in place and correct before paydayManage and prepare payroll- and other HR reports for due diligence and reporting purposesDevelop, implement and report on strategic, delivery and operational plans including budgetary and other resource requirementsSOFAM EngagementOversee organisational development strategies within the organisation focusing on leadership, team building and the measurement of outcomes through the quarterly happiness surveyWork closely with other People's team representatives from each country to transfer knowledge of engagement initiativesOversee and contribute to building partnerships with supervisors (at all levels) to coach, mentor and positively influence employee relations and business unit outcomesManage industrial relations related issues to ensure quick turn around time to solve the issuePerformance ManagementOwn and manage the performance management for all entities under SOCAR Mobility Malaysia Sdn.

Bhd.Monitor performance management by managers in the company's departmentsMaintain employee data and improve on automation processes in the company's HR Management SystemGather and analyse data using useful HR metrics to provide valuable HR insightsPoliciesLead the development and implementation of internal policies, strategies and update Company's Staff Book accordinglyEnsure the company's compliance with labor law and regulationsTake ownership of special HR projectsPeople SupportProvide support to employees in HR-related topics such as leaves, benefits and other employee needsResolve work-related issues promptly to maintain a high level of employee satisfaction and motivationInitiate and promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplaceAre you the ideal candidate?
