  • The Manning and Planning Specialist provides support to overall workforce schedule development, implements schedules and ensures staffing levels for the Lima Reservations office coincide with Intl MPP requirements.
  • Additionally this resource will generate reporting, provide feedback on schedules analysis and has a strong working knowledge of real time RES operations staffing curves and call center metrics.
  • This position may also be called upon to cover for supervisors during vacation periods.
  • What you'll do

  • Support RES office capacity planning, scheduling and real time resource management
  • Organize monthly and Quarterly biddings in coordination with MPP and publish schedules on time and seatmap according to the schedules
  • Coordinate and publish CORE schedules monthly
  • Organize departmental schedules locally including trainings, monthly TBMs, vacations, OVT request according to MPP strategy
  • Organize office special coverages including arrangements for recruiting temporary full time agents
  • Organize annual vacation bidding
  • Prepare and send Payroll exceptions reports to accounting for processing
  • Keep headcount updated and inform MPP and Accounting any exceptions that might affect bidding or payroll respectively (Maternity leave, resignations, change of status, among others).
  • Keep sick leave counts records, absences and vacations of all RES personnel
  • Collect medical certificates, absences notifications and inform accounting of absences which require social security paperwork
  • Coordinate maternity leave and nursing allotted time with agents
  • Run and send information / reports to management and specific departments as required
  • Understands and communicates corporate policies and procedures
  • Participate in conference calls / meetings as required
  • Seek opportunities for continuous improvement in operational handling and recommend for simplification of processes and improve operational efficiencies

    Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Be an agent with at least one year seniority in the Company, RES knowledge and experience would be an asset
  • Proven above average interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Must be able to effectively multitask to meet the demands of the position
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and resolution skills, initiative and good judgment
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Be able to work a variety of shifts (including overnight, weekend and holidays) according to operational needs
  • MS Office proficient
