Posted : February 9, 2022 -Accepting applications Job Reference P4543 Job Description JOB PURPOSE : : Strategize and drive the formulation, review, and enhancement of strategies for human resource planning and management in providing the organization with a ready pool of competent, resilient, and adaptable employees to support the companys business growth and operational needs.
Drive the development / realignment of organization structures to ensure strategic alignment to best support the organizational development and talent strategies.
Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize on human resource processes and manage organizational change to steer the Company towards its vision with an effective and resilient workforce.
Provide guidance and lead the people functions in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company, the applicable laws, and regulations.
Strategize and drive : -Recruitment strategies and lead the internal mobility to support the Companys business strategies and growth.
Leadership and Functional Competency framework in line with the business requirements.Succession Planning implementation.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE : Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Minimum of 13 years working experience, including at least three (3) years experiences at Senior Manager position and at least five (5) years experiences in managerial role in Human Resource.
