Manage the internal It Support team and evaluate skills and performances, ensure end user service is timely and accurate on a daily basis, support technician, set specific end user service standards, contribute to improving IT support by actively monitoring and responding to end users queries, establish best practices through the entire technical support process, identify areas of improvement, evaluate daily, weekly and monthly team’s productivity, provide feedback to the appropriate internal teams like security, to improve cross problems solutions.

Providing outstanding first & second level technical support as well as assisting in planning out and building our IT infrastructure.


Education :

Diploma / Bachelor in Computer Science or related field or higher

Professional Experience :

Minimum experience of 4 years and above.

Essential Technical Skills :

Experience in below Infrastructure.


Sophos Security (Firewall, MTR, Email Security)

Point of Sales System & Hardware

Fresh Service Helpdesk

Basic Networking & Telephone

Personal Attributes :

Research, analyze and evaluate new delivery

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work

Effectively present information and / or respond to inquiries

Ability to work in Agile Scrum / Kanban Environment.

Languages :

Communicate clearly and concisely in Malay & English, both orally and in writing.

Able to communicate in other languages is an added advantage.
