What You’ll Do for Us
the scope of the role is : OU (Operating Unit) operational sustainability leadership, focused on WWW (World Without Waste) / packaging collection and r-PET.
The role has direct impact and influence over the development of the most optimum OU sustainability strategy and implementation plan in line with the global sustainability strategy regarding WWW commitments.
The strategic footprint of the role spans from OU technical operations connecting end-to-end the design, collect, and partner pillars, for achievement of WWW goals to a multilayer technical sustainability culture and capability development in collaboration as One Sustainability OU LT with PACS(Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability) and OU overall Sustainability leads.
The role is responsible for the OU operational sustainability OPEX decisions / Capex recommendations regarding WWW and r-PET covering the functional areas of : packaging, waste management, circular economy and operational sustainability strategies.
The goals and strategies for the role focus on short-term (1 year), mid-term and long term development and execution of the OU Sustainability WWW / packaging collection and r-PET Strategy, Programs, Goals & Targets and tracking progress.
Work with PAC, SRA (Regulatory Affairs) and Governmental Affairs teams for any new legislation that may affect the Company resulting in environment taxes
Responsibility in multiple regions : Mexico, Central and South regions
Qualifications & Requirements
University / Bachelor s degree : Chemical Engineer, Food Engineer, Industrial Engineer or similar Related
Spanish and English are required
Work Experience : +10 years of Leadership experience in leading scale transformation programs, change management, successful track record in leading diverse teams.
Mastery Of (Required)
System economics, value chain and supply chain finance; Risk management, mitigation and communication.
Marketing and commercialization ; Scientific and regulatory affairs ; Ability to anticipate potential future scenarios and incorporate into innovation designs and strategies.
