We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Manager focused on the JLLs growing healthcare industry. The Industry Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and executing a marketing plan that strengthens JLLs brand within the industry, positions JLL as a thought leader, and begins to drive leads for the business.
The Marketing Manager does this under the direction of the Senior Manager, Industry Marketing, and will partner closely with the leaders of JLLs healthcare industry.
This role is tasked with defining and executing marketing strategies that help JLL meet business growth goals for healthcare.
The Marketing Manager leverages a deep understanding of marketing strategy, content development, the buying process, solution differentiators and competitive offerings to heighten awareness, drive engagement and ultimately generate marketing qualified leads for the business.
The Marketing Manager works to execute multi-channel healthcare marketing campaigns in collaboration with JLLs demand, content, digital and PR teams.
This position requires a self-starter who is comfortable both setting marketing strategy and rolling up his / her sleeves to create and monitor marketing deliverables.
Position can be based in JLLs Chicago or Boston office (working remotely during the pandemic). Some travel required in the long-term.
Responsibilities Marketing planning, demand generation and content development Work with JLL healthcare business leads and the Senior Manager, Industry Marketing to create and execute a robust healthcare marketing plan.
The plan must be aligned with business objectives and propel the growth of JLLs presence within the industry. It will also have clearly defined goals and metrics and marketing deliverables should reflect an integrated multi-channel approach.
Marketing plan will include Segmentation and targeting exercises that identify the segment (geos, sub-industries, personas) with the highest propensity to buy.
Conduct market and client research to gather data and insight about target sub-industries and personas, their needs and the purchasing decision-making process.
Support the development of product positioning, value propositions and messaging that resonates with buying audience. Collaborating with JLLs Content and Campaign Team and writing partners to produce relevant content for target buyers.
Includes the creation and execution of content driven webinars, white papers, infographics, videos, etc. Partnering with JLLs Demand and Campaign teams to develop targeted campaigns that drive engagement and produce marketing qualified leads for the life sciences industry and provides actionable insights to life sciences business leaders.
Campaigns include email, paid and organic search and social, sponsored content and virtual events. Establishing and maintaining JLLs dynamic web presence for the healthcare industry.
This involves partnering with JLLs Demand, Digital and Campaign teams in the creation of landing pages with lead capture for specific marketing campaigns.
Identify, execute and measure creative ways to drive traffic, engage visitors and increase subscribers. Collaborating with sales enablement professionals to produce differentiating sales enablement tools including client stories and testimonials.
Identifying and managing industry sponsorship and speaking opportunities. Includes coordination of JLL presence at industry events and trade shows.
Partnering with JLLs Public Relations team to raise the profile of JLLs healthcare expertise by increasing influence and awareness through media engagement, press releases and social media.
Regularly present results of marketing programs to the business leaders and marketing colleagues. Budget management manage JLLs healthcare marketing budget and align spend with marketing plan.
Goal setting collaborate with Industry Senior Manager, Marketing to track and report out on industry KPIs. Project Management - take ownership of marketing plan while working with demand, digital, content, PR, and design colleagues to execute.
Alignment - work as part of a broader team to ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with JLL brand and broader marketing communication efforts happening across the firm.
