Through our investment offerings, we support financial advisors, institutions, and the investors they serve. The Role Morningstar Investment Management seeks and individual to support the timely and accurate completion of due diligence questionnaires and requests for proposals.

This important role will help secure and maintain existing business relationships as well as new opportunities. The individual will support the National Accounts team and coordinate duties across multiple functions.

In addition, the role will support the communication of important updates from the National Accounts team across the firm.

  • Key Responsibilities Oversees and coordinates the completion of due diligence questionnaires and requests for proposals;
  • ensures content is accurate and compliant. Develops and implements procedures to improve the efficiency of the completion of DDQs and RFPs.

    Collaborates across functions / subject matter experts to produce accurate responses to standard and customized questions.

    Manage and maintain library of information and standard responses regarding investment offerings, platform offering and governance, statistical data related to firm, personnel, etc.

    Manage, maintain, and support internal website in support of National Account and wholesale distribution efforts. Oversee the distribution of important internal update.

    Manage various responsibilities related to the successful execution of the role. Experience / Requirements Relevant recent experience or related work experience at an asset management firm.

    Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills; ability to foster and manage cross functional relationships.

    Orientation to details and proven abilities to meet critical deadlines and simultaneously manage multiple priorities. Highly motivated and able to bring a sense of urgency and a measured reason to solving problems.

    Experience with Office, SharePoint, Team as well as ability to learn and adopt software applications. Bachelors degree in related field.
