As the Vice President of Enterprise Sales, you act in a hybrid hunter / farmer role with a global focus. You will develop and maintain effective relationships with customers at multiple levels within the customer organization.

You will be responsible for maintaining effective client strategies to win repeated business and increase revenue through the penetration of Element products and services.

A large responsibility will be to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of prospective business, industry, goals, and objectives, and integrate it into your sales strategy.

You will influence multiple decision makers and move prospect through the sales process to contract signing and implementation.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Deliver Element product training to customers on the various product offering
  • Lead cross functional teams to engage with the client to execute against customer account plans (SCS, FPS, engineering, Ordering etc.)
  • Develop creative solutions to meet customer needs, goals and objectives
  • Prepare and implement effective pre-call plans and proactively engage partners (i.e. senior leadership, sales leadership, strategic consulting), providing clear objectives and expectations for role / involvement
  • Develop creative solutions to meet prospect needs, goals and objectives
  • Understand the financial impact of decisions on prospects and on Element Fleet Management and communicate the value proposition of the solutions
  • Drive Wing-to-wing sales processes to include : customer prospecting, lead generation, making sales calls, analyzing data, preparing proposals and credit packages, negotiating price or other terms, and onboarding new customers to initiate relationship building process.
  • Partner with cross functional teams in order to facilitate the execution of deals

    Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the financial services or transportation industry
  • Minimum of 5 years sales, customer management or direct fleet management experience
  • General knowledge of the leasing industry preferred
  • Record of sales success and experience leading the successful acquisition of new business through a structured process
  • Drive results by successfully presenting to customers and senior management
  • Proven ability to effectively interact at all levels of an organization
