Project : Peru Education Infrastructure Programme
This is a PMO and Programme Management opportunity to construct, rebuild and redevelop over 70 schools in Lima and across the country, with a value of almost US$1bn.
Your responsibilities will include :
Developing and delivering a specific programme of work, on time, to budget and to other agreed success criteria within corporate guidelines including the investment competence framework.
Working with the client to establish an effective relationship supporting effective delivery, performance measurement and management of change.
Developing and managing the programme team (including external suppliers), monitoring adequate resources available to deliver a flexible, competent, skilled and effective workforce at all times.
Developing an appropriate strategy for the development and delivery of the programme work scope.
Identifying priority opportunities within the programme and lead promotion and sharing of best practice between programmes.
Supervising and inspiring the team to maintain full engagement in meeting business objectives.
Liaising with the teams to deliver clear and consistent reporting on programme status and progress to all interested stakeholders.
Working with external suppliers, agencies or other divisions as a representative by fostering collaborative working relationships to the benefit of the programmes.
