Comprehend Contractual Baseline Program and when necessary must be able to change betterment for execution purpose
Start-up construction activities in all stages in accordance to the schedule. To approve and formalize 2 weeks rolling program on weekly basis for execution.
Produce and executive mitigation plans in addressing delays on fortnightly basis.
Manage and conduct regular meeting with staff, vendors and sub-contractors to address progress and solving impediments to work.
Attend to meeting called by stakeholders, client and authorities.
Produce management report on fortnightly basis or as required by higher management.
Write and response to contractual related matter timely and strategically both upstream and downstream.
Adhere to the latest Legal Register / Requirement and Company’s policy
Understand the structure of the contract and ensure deliverable and close-out are complied with.
Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, M&E, Building Studies) or equivalent.
At least 7 years of working experience in the related field is required.
