Ensures proper flow of office procedures, and supports the office directors by carrying out common office duties.
What is your role :
Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail.
Handles expenses and billing cycles through various vendor accounts.
Maintains inventory / stock lists and orders office supplies as needed.
Manages staff expense requests.
Assists in purchase orders and invoicing.
Maintains accurate records of employee holiday requests.
Required to do any other additional tasks related to finance and office administration.

Work location at Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Salary : RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
