Ensures proper flow of office procedures, and supports the office directors by carrying out common office duties.

What is your role :

Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail.

Handles expenses and billing cycles through various vendor accounts.

Maintains inventory / stock lists and orders office supplies as needed.

Manages staff expense requests.

Assists in purchase orders and invoicing.

Maintains accurate records of employee holiday requests.

Required to do any other additional tasks related to finance and office administration.

Job Requirements :

  • Prior Office Management Experience Preferred;
  • Strong Attention to Detail;
  • Ability to Work Without Supervision;
  • Excellent Time Management Skills;
  • Technical Skills, Including Proficiency With Microsoft Office Programs, G Suite (Gmail, Google drive, Google Sheet, Google Document);
  • Strong Prioritisation and Organisation Skills;
  • Ability to Handle Confidential Information;
  • Ability to Multitask and deal with deadlines;
  • Good communication skill in English, Chinese or Chinese dialect will be an advantage;
  • Work location at Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

    Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Internship

    Salary : RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

    Schedule : Monday to Friday

    Ability to commute / relocate :

    Petaling Jaya : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
