You’ll be joining the Customer Systems team within the Technology department at G Adventures. Your particular focus will be on the maintenance and feature development of our transactional communications platform named Tin Can.
You’ll play a lead role in maintaining a critical system while working closely with the Director of Customer Systems to deliver business needs and drive the system towards sustainability.
In a nutshell, this means you’ll be writing Python (Flask / Django) code in an existing system which interfaces with the G Adventures API and executes specific business logic to deliver appropriate communications to booked travellers.
In addition to the technology, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders to implement logic as we navigate the current COVID-19 environment and execute our rebound strategy.
