Lazada is seeking to hire an exceptional individual to be a key member of the RedMart, Channel Campaigns team. Reporting to the Channel Campaigns Lead, the role is critical in ensuring smooth planning, operations and analysis of the campaigns calendar and channel experience for buyers and shoppers across RedMart, and contributing to overall positive shopping experience for Lazada RedMart users.

Overall ownership of the cross-category campaign planning and activating monthly campaign calendar incorporating various brands, thematic & category level campaigns.
Oversee campaign execution workflow between internal and external partners.
Work with multiple stakeholders across functions in the organization and an off-shore team to program manage campaign planning and activation.
Be the bridge between the Category Managers, Marketing Services and Operations teams to actively communicate and escalate needs in order to drive traffic and performance.
Be the expert by understanding key functional and non-functional capabilities or limitations of the merchandising system and tools that will drive the merchandising on campaign landing pages from both a business and design perspective.
Support the Campaigns Lead to drive Partner-led marketing campaigns and support brand campaigns, onsite bookings and execution
Responsible for the preparation of all mega campaigns for RedMart
Management of all media / banners on web and app to ensure all materials adhere to Redmart design quality requirements. Pursuing suppliers, brands and sellers for timely booking of assets and delivery of artwork.
Lead as PMO for activations on channel and platform, responsible for microsite development, page optimizations and cross-function alignments for onsite and marketing support
Establish and maintain processes to communicate and share best practices across organization
Experiment with new campaign initiatives to attract new customers
The ideal candidate should have the following :
Highly energetic, self-motivated and proactive with a passion for e-Commerce & digital marketing and understanding the consumer journey
Holds a Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing, Consumer behaviour or related field
At least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing or Campaign Operations management, project management and / or e-commerce onsite merchandising
At least 1 year in either area of brand marketing / digital marketing / media sales / ecommerce experience that includes data-driven analysis of campaign performance.
Preferably with some experience working in the FMCG industry or knowledge about the Groceries business
Organized and structured, ability to identify business needs and execute
Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills to facilitate stakeholder management.
Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills and can build relationships with people from different background and cultures, both online and offline.
Extreme attention to details and follow-up actions as well as a fast turn-around working style is required
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize them and meet deadlines
Pro-active entrepreneurial attitude.
