Job Description Technical Program Manager Work closely with business stakeholders to help define product roadmap while satisfying scalability, reliability, performance, and resourcing.
Gather detailed functional requirements from the business stakeholders, collaborate with software design engineers and software testers to identify feature details and develop the backlog, stories, functional specs etc.
Effectively handle trade-offs between cost, schedule, and customer / supplier benefit. Engage development, test, and application engineering to deliver features to production and drive problem resolution once the new feature has gone live.
Measure feature success metrics post ship and feed learning back to the team and the business. Should be able to coordinate with multiple teams and drive the KPIs of teams.
Technical Program Manager should have experience in executing and delivering time sensitive projects. Should be good with planning, coordinating and organizing, should have excellent process knowledge and should have high focus on Quality.
Should be able to mentor the team lead and tech lead to the next level. Should be able to motivate team members, manage conflicts at the same time keeping team members accountable.
Should drive innovations / new ideas / initiatives with the help of development teams. Experience with API and Webservices.
Should have a technical background and should be able to give directions to the teams.
