This is a remote position.
1. Lead negotiations with clients to maximize benefits for both Bilingual and clients.
2. Act as and be the key link between clients and all areas : Operations, Quality and Finance, leading and involving all relevant parties to provide the best linguistic solutions.
3. Work with a variety of different market conditions and demographic factors.
4. Work closely with the Operations and Finance departments
5. Develop leads through various strategies including internet research, trade show listings, referrals, various professional directories, and personal research.
6. Attract new clients through referrals, cold calls, networking and other means (trade shows, regional organizations, etc.)
7. Give solutions through individual, group, online and in-person meetings.
Belong to one of the top 10 language service providers in Latin America and the Caribbean
