Job description

We need to hire an IT Support Engineer I, who will be responsible for maintaining the computer networks of all types in the organization, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly.

The IT team monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures software, solves technical and applications problems either virtually or in person.

The IT Support Engineer I will report directly to the IT Manager

Must have Skills :

  • Knowledge of software and hardware products, as well as problem-solving / troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with computers and applications in a networked environment
  • Familiarity with network monitoring software
  • Familiarity with MS and Azure Fundamentals
  • English Intermediate
  • Nice to have Skills :

  • Additional information

    1+ years work experience as IT support specialist or analyst

    Training programme

  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
  • Ask targeted questions to quickly understand the root of any problem
  • Attend in-person and / or virtual meetings with employees to analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose technical issues
  • Actively update, maintain, and monitor all aspects of computer networks
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company
  • Respond to employee inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Complete detailed reports that list technical assistance requests, the steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates / individuals involved
  • Assist management in creating training materials that pertain to computer troubleshooting and usage
  • Act as the initial point of contact for all computer- and system-related concerns from clients or WebCreek employees
  • Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware
