Title : Currency Management Supervisor
Responsibility of a cash manager includes handling cash management operations, reviewing and implementing improvement & efficiency in forecasting & responsible to drive CRA field operations as per SLA.
This role also majorly includes Customer interaction and improving Customer experience.
Job Responsibility :
Keeping check and control on Cash Logistics cost & optimizing it by Planning and operational efficiency to meet organizational goals.
Should be able to handle large team sizes
Responsible for performance measurement and performance tracking of service providers, able to guide individual or group towards a desired result.
Developing and maintaining customer service capabilities among all operations staff.
Adhere to SLA performance and contract requirement
Managing customer expectations and SLA
Fair knowledge of Cash reconciliation process and inputs
Must be of aware of regulatory guidelines by authorities
Capabilities to adopt frequent changes in scope and delivery as per business & customer requirement
Recruiting, interviewing, testing, selecting, training, and supervising of operations personnel
Provide leadership that is dedicated to professionalism, continuous improvement, and exceeding challenging goals and objectives.
Completion of all additional responsibilities that are assigned by the Operations Manager and / or other Management Team Members on an as needed basis.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience :
Must have Bachelor’s / Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience in Banking or ATM operations.
Must possess exceptional communications and presentation skills.
Must be analytical, professional, and organized.
They must have excellent mathematical skills.
A strong, positive, leadership and supervisory presence proven through professional experience is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to teach, coach, and present to small and large groups is required.
Able to analyze opportunities and implement profitable new business.
Expected to work in different time zones & ability to identify opportunity and risk to communicate with top management and clients.
English Communication skills (Oral & Written) a must
